Got this link from Sanjay’s post on FB! Read your very eloquent blog. Felt very happy for you.
Ipsita and I along with verma Saab did try similar things, albeit, in a different context of management of change in Steel Authority amongst its senior executives. Our thoughts that day are similar to what you have written. Even though we were trying to teach very senior staff, it was no different!
I think if you could open these young minds to possibilities and hope it will change.
If your curriculum permits, I would suggest asking them what they want to be, and bringing in a discussion on how that can be achieved. Maybe get some real person … in the same post to interact and make them open?
